Road Repair Templeville Road

Following my motion put to the Local Area Meeting on Tuesday 9th April, the council have confirmed a scope of works will take place to repair the potholes and defects on the R112 Templeville Road. See below for the schedule of works.


 

  1. Walkinstown Roundabout to Limekiln Grove – Majority of surface is in good condition. Some shallow potholes that will be repaired (Timeline – May/June)

  2. Limekiln Grove to  80m south of Limekiln Lane – Carriageway to be resurfaced as a joint project between Road Maintenance and Active Travel (Timeline – May)

  3. 80m South of Limekiln Lane to Wellington Roundabout - Majority of surface is in good condition. Some shallow potholes that will be repaired (Timeline – May/June)

  4. Wellington Roundabout – Poor surface on all roundabout approaches and will be included in patching programme (Timeline – June)

  5. Wellington Roundabout to Grosvenor Court – Uisce Eireann plan to excavate a large section of this road later this year (Timeline requested from UE)

  6. Grosvenor Court to Circle K – Good section of road, no works proposed

  7. Circle K to Wainsfort Roundabout – Section listed for resurfacing und RWP (Timeline – June)

  8. Wainsfort Roundabout to Templeogue Rd - Majority of surface is in good condition. Some shallow potholes that will be repaired (Timeline – May/June)
